NYG WR Darius Slayton - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook
Week 15 vs. Miami Dolphins
Darius Slayton had another monster outing last week against the Eagles, putting up 154 yards and a pair of touchdowns on five receptions. He also led the team with eight targets on the day, and he’s averaging nearly 10 targets over his past four games. Slayton is still risky to trust week-to-week in an inconsistent offense as a rookie vying with a couple of veterans for targets in Golden Tate and Sterling Shepard, but the potential he’s shown this season has been significant.
This week might be a good one to gamble on the rookie. The Dolphins are second to last in aFPA to opposing wide receivers this year. Also, the Giants have struggled defensively as well, so this game could wind up being a higher scoring one than expected considering two struggling offenses playing against eachother. We have Slayton ranked as a WR3 option this week, and he certainly has significant upside.
