7 Sleepers to Target in Yahoo Fantasy Football Leagues

Yahoo remains one of the most popular platforms for fantasy football, with default leagues set to 12 teams and half-PPR scoring. Each roster includes one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, one FLEX, one defense/special teams, one kicker, and six bench spots.

For the purposes of this article, we’ll focus on those default settings and identify sleepers based on Yahoo’s average draft position (ADP) data. Any player going outside the top 150 picks is eligible. Using that cutoff, here are seven late-round targets who could give your fantasy roster a sneaky boost.

Kyle Pitts, TE - Falcons (Yahoo ADP: TE17, 153 overall)

Yeah, we know. Kyle Pitts again. But even through all the frustration, it’s worth pointing out that he’s quietly finished as the TE13 and TE14 the past two seasons — not exactly league-winners, but certainly usable in a year where the tight end position was once again a mess.

The real issue has been week-to-week consistency. Pitts fell below 5.0 half-PPR points in nine games last year, including a brutal finish to the season. Things may be lining up better for him in 2025. Atlanta opens the season with a soft early schedule and could be without Darnell Mooney (shoulder) for a stretch, which would make Pitts the clear No. 2 option behind Drake London.

Michael Penix Jr. has reportedly leaned on Pitts throughout the offseason work, and while we’re not projecting a full re-breakout in Year 4, there’s enough upside and opportunity here to warrant a late-round flyer at a position that falls off fast.
