Waiver Wire Watch: Week 15
Here is a look at the top waiver wire pickups for Week 15. To be eligible for discussion, the player must be owned in 50% or fewer ESPN leagues, though I'll stretch the rules a bit for the RB position, which is usually very thin. I'll also include suggested bid prices (with a $100 budget) for those leagues that use Free Agent Acquisition Budgets. Of course, player value depends on league characteristics and team needs.

Seahawks QB Russell Wilson ($10)
Wilson did not have a great game against the Cardinals (148 yards, TD, INT), but he has a nice matchup with the Bills in Week 15 and is averaging 1.5 TDs and 24 rushing yards per game on the season.

49ers QB Colin Kaepernick ($10)
Kaepernick hasn't thrown a TD in two weeks, but makes up for it with his feet (136 rushing yards in the last two games). He's probably going to have to throw against the Patriots in Week 15.

Rams QB Sam Bradford ($5)
Bradford isn't going to set the world on fire, but given his matchups, he should ensure you don't get killed at the QB position in the next two weeks. He has averaged 220 passing yards and 1.3 TDs in his last seven games. While other QBs may be dealing with weather, he plays indoors in Week 15 and in the usually-mild Tampa in Week 15.

Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill ($3)
Tannehill is a tough guy to trust -- he threw for just 186 yards and zero TDs against the Patriots in Week 13 -- but two nice matchups at home against Jacksonville and Buffalo make him a decent desperation play during the fantasy playoffs.

Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick ($2)
Fitzy is not an elite talent, but he's averaging 209 passing yards and 1.4 total TDs in his last five games and should post decent numbers against the Dolphins in Week 16.

Browns QB Brandon Weeden ($1)
Weeden has been up and down this season, but the Redskins have had trouble against the pass this season, so he and Josh Gordon should hook up for a bomb or two in Week 15.

Jaguars QB Chad Henne ($1)
Without Cecil Shorts, Henne cooled off considerably against the Jets, throwing for just 185 yards and getting picked off twice. If Shorts can play in the next two games, Henne should be solid against Miami and New England.

Eagles QB Nick Foles ($1)
Foles was terrific against the Bucs in Week 14, racking up 381 passing yards and three TDs (two pass, one rush). His Week 16 matchup against the Redskins is pretty good, but keep in mind he threw for just 204 yards and was picked off twice against Washington in Week 11.

Titans QB Jake Locker ($1)
Locker is only an option in Week 16, when he's likely to attempt 40+ passes against the Packers.

QBs with good Week 15 matchups: Kaepernick, Wilson, Bradford, Tannehill Weeden and Henne
QBs with good Week 16 matchups: Bradford, Fitzpatrick, Tannehill, Henne, Foles and Locker
Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno (the rest of your bankroll)
Moreno carried the ball 32 times for 119 yards and a TD against the Raiders in Week 14 and has decent matchups the next two weeks against the Ravens and Browns. Consider him a solid RB2 for the remainder of the season.

Giants RB David Wilson ($25)
Wilson had the type of day (100 yards, two TDs) that we thought Ahmad Bradshaw would have, but Bradshaw tweaked his knee early and actually took a backseat to Wilson, who was able to run harder and faster. Depending on the status of Bradshaw's knee, the rookie could become a high-end RB2 against the Falcons and Ravens. If Bradshaw is able to play, Wilson will be more of a flex start.
