Fantasy Impact: 

Jimmy Graham is active for the Saints. Last week, Graham played 41% of the snaps, or 30 plays in total. He's likely to be somewhat limited again in what should be a high-scoring game against the Packers.

With Robinson and Thomas out, Mark Ingram and Travaris Cadet will share the backfield with Ingram likely to be featured and Cadet working in on passing downs.

The Saints have added a third tailback for Sunday night’s game vs. Green Bay.

The club promoted running back Edwin Baker from the practice squad on Saturday. To make room for Baker, the Saints released tight end Tom Crabtree. Both moves were announced on the NFL’s transaction wire.

The 23-year-old Baker signed with the Saints’ practice squad in September. He has played in three regular season games, all with the Browns at the end of 2013. In that three-game span, Baker rushed for 171 yards and two touchdowns on 43 carries and caught eight passes for 57 yards. He started Cleveland’s final two contests.

In addition to playing for Cleveland, Baker has had stints with the Chargers, Broncos and Texans. A Michigan State product, Baker was a seventh-round pick of San Diego in 2012.

Fantasy Impact: 

Baker will back up Mark Ingram and Travaris Cadet for New Orleans, which has ruled out tailbacks Pierre Thomas and Khiry Robinson.

Saints RB Pierre Thomas (rib, shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 8. Thomas is expected to miss 2-3 weeks with the shoulder injury. Travaris Cadet will see extra work on passing downs and is a viable flex start in PPR formats.

Saints RB Khiry Robinson (forearm, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 8. Mark Ingram gets a big bump as he'll carry the load for the Saints against a not-so-good Packers rush defense. Consider him a top 10 play this week. Travaris Cadet is also a viable start in PPR formats as he's likely to see 4-6 catches in the pass-catching role in the Saints backfield.
