Bills WR D.J. Moore believed to have suffered AC-joint sprain

Ian Rapoport

Sep 18 · 10:01 AM EDT

Bills WR DJ Moore, who was off to a fast start in Buffalo, is believed to have suffered an AC joint sprain, sources say. While it’s not a serious injury, @AdamSchefter reports his status is up in the air for next week.

Fantasy Impact:

The favorable diagnosis appears to have eliminated a prolonged absence, but Moore could still miss Week 3. Coleman caught all six of his targets for 63 yards Thursday and would be positioned for considerably more playing time alongside Shakir and Palmer if Moore sits.

Bills WR Khalil Shakir returns to practice

Joe Buscaglia

Sep 09 · 3:49 PM EDT

Bills WR Khalil Shakir is on the practice field Wednesday.

Related Players: D.J. Moore, Joshua Palmer, Keon Coleman, Skyler Bell

Fantasy Impact:

Shakir is moving toward playing, but several weeks of missed practice make him difficult to trust immediately, almost impossible as any sort of ceiling play. He remains a bench or deeper FLEX option until Buffalo provides more clarity about his practice participation and expected snap count.

Bills WR Keon Coleman dealing with sprained foot, toe

Pro Football Talk

Aug 18 · 2:11 PM EDT

Per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network, Keon Coleman is dealing with a strained foot/toe, suffered in the preseason opener on Saturday.

Fantasy Impact:

Coleman will miss more practice time, but early indications are that it should not be much of a concern moving forward. We reported earlier that Coleman did not practice Tuesday and was seen in a walking boot.

Bills WR Keon Coleman in walking boot

Dan Fetes on X

Aug 18 · 9:53 AM EDT

Keon Coleman is in a walking boot on his right foot.

Related players: D.J. Moore, Khalil Shakir, Joshua Palmer

Fantasy Impact:

There is no other information available yet, but it sounds like it could be a longer-term injury for Coleman, who has slipped down the depth chart since he was drafted by the Bills. This certainly won't help Coleman's chances of breaking out if this is a longer-term injury.
