Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey and WR D.J. Moore caught punts during Panthers practice Friday, according to Joseph Person of The Athletic. “Wherever they want to put me is where I’m gonna be,” McCaffrey said. “So whether it’s punt return, kickoffs, I don’t really care where it is. If they want me on the field, I’m gonna be there.”
Head coach Matt Rhule said he wanted to get the two reps in case the team needed a home-run threat with a game on the line.
McCaffrey may be pushing through another ceiling in terms of fantasy, especially if your league allows for return yards and touchdowns. CMC and Moore are dynamic talents with lofty expectations heading into the 2020 season. Any boost is accepted here.

Panthers WR D.J. Moore (concussion, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 17. Curtis Samuel is more playable with Moore sidelined.
Did not see DJ Moore during the open portion of Panthers practice. Can’t imagine he will play this week after going into the protocol Sunday.
Keep in mind this is just speculation but it doesn't make sense for the team to play Moore in a meaningless game in Week 17 even if he is cleared. The team will roll with Curtis Samuel and Jarius Wright most likely.
