Since undergoing single-fusion surgery of his C-3 and C-4 vertebrae in November, TE Jermichael Finley has been splitting his rehab between Green Bay and Minneapolis. It’s the same injury that ended safety Nick Collins’ career, but Finley’s camp remains hopeful he’ll play again.

At some point, the Packers and team doctor Patrick McKenzie will evaluate Finley and decide whether or not to invest long term. In a recent interview with ESPN, Finley suggested he’s not looking to take a discount because of the injury.
