Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray (knee) missed practice again Thursday. Murray is not expected to play this week, so Joseph Randle will get the start with Murray's primary backup, Lance Dunbar, also out.

Chargers QB Justin Herbert suffered a broken bone in his left hand during Sunday’s game against the Raiders, head coach Jim Harbaugh said after the game.

Fantasy Impact:

Herbert will undergo surgery on Monday and it is unclear at this point how much time he will miss. Consider him questionable at best for next Monday against the Eagles. If Herbert can’t go, it would be Trey Lance getting the start. Herbert barely missed any action Sunday — Lance threw one pass — completing 15 of 20 passes for 151 yards with two touchdowns and one interception.

Fantasy Impact:

The Colts play in the early window, so we’ll know by about 11:30 if Warren is playing. But more often than not, we see players still play, even as a late add like this with an illness. Be sure to check the inactives just to be sure.
