Eagles QB Michael Vick has not been cleared to play. He still has not passed his impact test.

Fantasy Impact:

The Eagles get a Sunday night game with the Cowboys this week and Vick's status is again up in the air. Even if he can play, there's a chance the team continues to see what it has in rookie Nick Foles.
