Marcus Mariota to miss time with MCL injury

The Seahawks are placing rookie running back Jadarian Price on injured reserve with a chest injury.

Price aggravated the injury in practice this week. He now will miss at least the next four games. He is eligible to return on November 2 against the Bears. Emanuel Wilson and George Holani will lead the backfield for the time being, and Zach Charbonnet can return in Week 5 and his practice window was opened on Thursday. The Seahawks' backfield is about to get very muddy for fantasy purposes. For this week, Wilson is RB22 and Holani is RB28 in half-PPR.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin is unlikely to play Sunday against the Colts in London with a hamstring injury.

McLaurin, who injured his hamstring Friday, was hopeful to be able to play through the injury Sunday, but that now looks unlikely. Stefon Diggs likely assumes the top target role but also keep an eye on rookie Antonio Williams, who impressed in Week 1 and just needs more opportunities on the field, which he now stands to get Sunday.

The Colts downgraded WR Keenan Allen (groin) to out for Sunday’s game against the Commanders in London.

Allen was originally listed as limited with a rest designation on Wednesday, but had his status downgraded as the week wore out, eventually getting the groin injury tag Thursday and missing practice Friday. He was originally listed as questionable but will now be held out of Sunday’s game overseas. With the host of injuries at the wide receiver position, Josh Downs could be in line for a very good day in London. Remember, this game kicks off at 9:30 AM EST.
