Many are speculating Tracy’s role Sunday returning kickoffs meant a demotion. Tracy publicly spoke out saying the team should have ran the ball more in Week 1. Also, Singletary started the game which was another sign to read into. But the team denied he had a reduced role, and said they wanted to get the ball in his hands more with kick returns. We had reports of Tracy easily looking like the team's RB1 in camp this past summer, but Skattebo definitely had an increased role in Week 2. It looks like a full on committee or hot-hand situation going forward with Skattebo trending upward at least after Week 2.

So both White and Sean Clifford added to Cincinnati’s practice squad.

Fantasy Impact:

After Joe Burrow injured his toe and will be out at least three months, the Bengals are stocking up on quarterbacks. Browning will take over the starting job and can be picked up in just about any format. Rypien will likely be the number-two with White and Clifford taking on the insurance roles.

John Harbaugh said players understand that “the ball goes where it goes based on the reads,” but admitted that making sure everyone is getting a chance is something they are “kind of grappling with” at this point in the season.

“That’s kind of a blessing, but it’s also a dilemma, and we’re working through it, but hopefully it’s a tiny dilemma that puts a lot of points on the board,” Harbaugh said, via a transcript from the team. “That’s what we’re hoping for.”

Owners of Andrews, Bateman and Hopkins are waiting for their breakouts despite the Ravens offense putting up a lot of points. To maybe make things worse, the story points out Isaiah Likely should be on his way back soon after missing the first two weeks. So far Andrews has just two catches and Bateman four. Hopkins has played just 28 snaps thus far over two weeks. The Ravens take on the Lions and more points could be on the way, but it will be tough to trust those who haven't produced yet in the Ravens offense in your fantasy lineups.

Raiders want to get ball to RB Ashton Jeanty more

Pete Carroll was also asked about Ashton Jeanty's slow start to the season and the Raiders' run game woes. He preached patience with the young back, while also noting they need to find ways to get him the ball more often, via the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

"We're just getting started (with Jeanty)," Carroll said. "He's breaking into the NFL. He's figuring it out. He'll get more carries. We have to run the ball more effectively. We only got (68 yards), and that's not enough. We need more than that. We're bringing him along. More will come."

The story said Jeanty took blame for the slow start in both Week 1 and on Monday night, saying he could have broken off bigger plays. But the story points out the Raiders offensive line could be at fault too. The line continues to struggle and the holes just aren't there. The Raiders are now 31st in rushing yards and yards per carry - only ahead of the Bengals. The good news is the team wants to get Jeanty even more involved, so owners may need to stay patient with their young back.
