Giants practice report

WR Mario Manningham (back) is expected to practice on a limited basis today. … DT Chris Canty (calf) will not practice. … RB Ahmad Bradshaw (ankle/foot) will not practice, though he did work in the Giants’ “jog-through” earlier this morning. … RB Danny Ware (elbow) should get a few extra snaps during practice this week as the Giants try to get him ready for Sunday.

The rest of the injury report includes LB Michael Boley (knee), QB Eli Manning (foot), CB Aaron Ross (hamstring), and G Rich Seubert (shoulder). Boley and Ross are not expected to practice. The rest should be on the field.

Texans to sign former Browns RB Nick Chubb

Sources: Browns free agent RB Nick Chubb, one of the most decorated players available, is expected to sign with the Texans on Monday if all goes well with his physical, sources say.

Chubb’s 2024 ended prematurely with an injury, but now he could return for more in Houston.

Fantasy Impact:

If everything goes through without a hitch, both Ogunbowale and Pierce could be in a battle for an eventual roster spot. As Rapoport said, Chubb's season was cut short, but it wasn't a particularly prolific one when he was on the field. Chubb had the exact same YPA as D'Onta Foreman (3.3) and was easily outpaced by Ford in YPA (5.4) and yards after contact per attempt (3.5-to-2.7).

With the addition of Woody Marks in the fourth round, we'd take a wait-and-see approach before we skyrocket Chubb all the way up the rankings.

Aaron Rodgers to sign with Steelers ahead of mini camp

Renegade A-Rod: Four-time NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers informed the #Steelers he’ll fly to Pittsburgh on Friday and sign before next week’s minicamp, sources tell The Insiders.

Finally, a done deal: Rodgers, 41, will play his 21st NFL season in black and gold.

Pelissero followed up with,

"Contract parameters have been in place for months; Rodgers has said publicly he told teams that he’ll play for $20 million, and the sides need to finalize the contract. Once he signs, he’s expected to be on the field when minicamp begins Tuesday."

This gives the Steelers pass-catchers a solid QB option, but the DK Metcalf/Rodgers pairing is incredibly interesting. We'll keep you updated on what former Packers players end up signing in Pittsburgh this summer.

Colts QB Anthony Richardson to miss mini-camp with shoulder injury

Per Shane Steichen - QB Anthony Richardson is dealing with a shoulder injury and will not participate in mini-camp next week.

Fantasy Impact:

This is the same AC joint Richardson injured last year, so this is certainly something to keep an eye on. Daniel Jones could very well receive quite a bit of playing time in the 2025 season.
