Now that RB DuJuan Harris is out for the season, the Packers may have to ride rookie Eddie Lacy, who despite a rough outing against Seattle in which he totaled minus-5 yards rushing on eight attempts has been impressive so far.
“He’s going to have to step up and probably have a larger role,” G Josh Sitton said. “He’s going to have to grow. He can’t be a rookie anymore.”
However, there are concerns about Lacy’s conditioning and injury history that may prevent HC Mike McCarthy from giving his rookie a greater workload than was originally planned.
Lacy's ADP has risen drastically in the last few weeks given good play in the preseason and now Harris's injury. He's likely to go at some point in the late 3rd/early 4th round in fantasy drafts this weekend.
