Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire (MCL) to miss a few weeks

Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire suffered an MCL sprain and is out for a few weeks, sources say. While he’ll miss time, not quite as bad as it appeared last night.

Related players: Darrel Williams, Jerick McKinnon

Fantasy Impact:

Things looked bad for CEH and his owners Sunday night as teammates had to carry him off the field after the injury. Eventually, CEH was able to walk to the locker room to get an X-ray under his own power, although very gingerly. If the sprain is mild, he could miss a couple of weeks vs. something more moderate which could keep him out longer. Williams will likely get most of the rushing workload while McKinnon could see his time on passing downs.
