Chiefs promote WR Josh Gordon to active roster

Taylor Bisciotti of NFL Media reports that the Chiefs are promoting Josh Gordon to their active roster from the practice squad. It’s unlikely that they’d make that move without having designs on having him play a role against Buffalo.

Fantasy Impact:

Reports said Gordon came to the Chiefs in great shape, but has not played in a game since suiting up for the Seahawks in Week 15 of the 2019 regular season. The story said Gordon’s one catch in that game went for 58 yards. Gordon won't pass Tyreek Hill or Travis Kelce but he has a chance to, eventually, take over the WR2 spot. Gordon is worth adding simply because he's a part of the Chiefs offense.
