Wide receiver Jalen McMillan left Tampa’s 23-16 loss to the Vikings with a left knee injury. Per multiple reports, McMillan will miss 6-8 weeks after suffering a PCL injury.

Fantasy Impact:

The hits keep coming for the Bucs, whose season is on the brink of total disaster after losing QB Baker Mayfield for at least three weeks and currently sitting at 0-3. Now, they will be short a wide receiver as well. McMillan had just one target over the first three weeks of the season. Rookie Hurst, who had a great camp and offseason, looks poised to earn more snaps with McMillan out, but it will be another rookie in Daniels under center at least for the short term. Hurst could be worth a stash in the deepest of leagues but this will be a wait-and-see situation.

Rams TE Colby Parkinson suffered an AC sprain and TE Terrance Ferguson suffered a medial ankle sprain.

Fantasy Impact:

The post went on to say Ferguson will likely miss the Eagles game in Week 4, per McVay, while Parkinson looks like he'll be more day-to-day, giving him a shot to play in Week 4. Fantasy owners just can't seem to know when a Rams TE is going to be relevant for their lineup. No Rams TE stood out in Week 1, while Ferguson put up a 6-54-1 line in Week 2. In Week 3, it was Higbee who went for 8-62-1. Higbee may be an option in Week 4 even if Ferguson is good to go, but both come with risks until there is more consistency.

Rams hope to have WR Puka Nacua (groin) for Week 4

Sean McVay said he's "hopeful" WR Puka Nacua will play Sunday against the Eagles.

Fantasy Impact:

This doesn't necessarily make Nacua fantasy owners feel great about his Week 4 status. The injury is now being called a groin injury after it was said to be a hip injury last week. The good news is this game is in the early window of Week 4 so owners will have time to adjust lineups if Puka comes down to a game-time call. We'll likely have more updates as the week goes on.

49ers WR Mike Evans dealing with rib strain

49ers WR Mike Evans, who left the game earlier, is dealing with a rib strain, source said. He’ll have a full evaluation tomorrow, but those can be painful.

Fantasy Impact:

Evans is officially day to day Rapoport said in follow-up post. It sounds like he could have a shot to play in Week 4, but as Rapoport noted, this can be a painful injury. We'll probably have to watch the injury report all week when it comes to Evans and his status. The Niners host the Broncos in the later window of Week 4.
