“The MRI showed no structural damage,” Bucs head coach Bruce Arians told the media Monday. “It was a hyperextension. I saw him in the training room a little while ago – there’s very, very little swelling and he’ll be day-to-day. While Evans’ status for Saturday’s wild-card game against the Washington Football Team is still unclear, Arians said he’s hopeful Evans will be able to practice by Thursday.
It looks like the Bucs dodged a big bullet here and hopefully, Mike Evans will be back in time for some playoff action.
