Bears LB Brian Urlacher Feels Confident He'll Stay Healthy

Chicago LB Brian Urlacher, whose 2009 season ended after an injury in Chicago's opening game against Green Bay, feels confident his 2010 season won't be disrupted by health issues. The veteran linebacker is eager to get back on the field.

"Last year was disappointing because I felt like I had a good offseason and then I was out for the year," Urlacher said. "So to sit back and watch all season was really frustrating. But it was good to be back in minicamp. Normally, I dread this time of year. This time, I couldn't wait to get out there and run around with my teammates."

Fantasy Impact:

If Urlacher stays healthy and Julius Peppers makes the impact many feel he can, Chicago's defense will be one to own in fantasy leagues. We have them at number 10 in our first round of cheat sheets. Urlacher might be past the point where he is a major factor in IDP leagues, but he can still be useful if he avoids the injury bug.
