Austin gets first career start for Cowboys

With receiver Roy Williams not expected to play Sunday at Kansas City because of bruised ribs, Miles Austin will get his first career start.

Williams is listed as doubtful on the injury report, but he did not practice all week, and coach Wade Phillips is not sure if Williams will even make the trip to Kansas City.

Williams expressed hope Wednesday that he could play Sunday, but Phillips said the rib injury has not healed enough.

For Austin, who has five catches for 81 yards and a touchdown in four games, it's a chance for the most playing time he would have had in his four seasons.
