49ers place Kendrick Bourne back on COVID list

The 49ers placed receiver Kendrick Bourne back on the COVID-19/reserve list Monday.

Bourne missed the 49ers’ loss to Green Bay on Thursday because of a positive COVID-19 test result the preceding Tuesday, but the team removed him from the reserve list after he subsequently registered consecutive negative tests.
