Freak injury for Chargers RB Dexter McCluster, out for year

Dexter McCluster was injured Friday evening. It was maybe the freakiest of them all when it comes to Chargers injuries.

The veteran running back fractured his forearm during a household accident involving the movement of luggage, sources said Saturday.

Fantasy Impact: 

He underwent an X-ray Saturday morning that confirmed the diagnosis. A source said that he’s been placed on the reserve/non-football injury list and will miss the remainder of the 2016 season. Wide receiver and kick returner Isaiah Burse was promoted from the practice squad to the 53-man roster in a corresponding move.
