The 2025 Fantasy Football All-Sleeper Team

The word “sleeper” is sometimes used a bit too freely in fantasy football. I believe the term should be reserved for unheralded, late-round draft picks who come out of seemingly nowhere and help you win your fantasy league. In this article, I’ll be running through a fantasy lineup (1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX) consisting of my favorite true sleepers in drafts this year. All of the players included are going later than pick 120 according to our multi-site ADP tool.

QB: Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars (134th overall, QB20)

Trevor Lawrence hasn’t quite lived up to his lofty career expectations so far, but he is in a great place to succeed in 2025. The Jaguars made several key changes to their team during the off-season, namely bringing in Bucs OC Liam Coen as head coach and drafting wide receiver Travis Hunter. In Tampa Bay last year, Coen schemed up an offense that made Baker Mayfield the overall QB4 in fantasy, giving Lawrence an enticing ceiling. Between Hunter and superstar receiver Brian Thomas Jr., the Jags certainly have the weapons to be an elite passing offense, and Lawrence has been a valuable fantasy asset in years past — he was the QB7 in 2022 and the QB12 in 2023, notably scoring nine touchdowns on the ground across those two seasons.

Lawrence is being drafted all the way down at QB20 and 134th overall, and at that price, I am more than comfortably taking a chance on him as he could truly break out this season and return to top-10 status.
