Streaming Tight Ends: Week 11 Targets

With playoff season fast approaching, we must be doing our best to identify and stream the highest quality options available on our leagues’ waiver wires. As your team’s record is sure to indicate, this is either a time to swing for the fences or a time to look ahead and make sure you have a solid tight end with favorable matchups on the horizon. Either way, we’ve got you covered below.

For streaming purposes, 4for4’s schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season continues to progress and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data. Targets and efficiency metrics are also considered when choosing weekly streamers.

Week 10 Review

Our streaming options last week were stellar, rivaling the output of the “Big Three”, as each of Travis Kelce (TE2), Mark Andrews (TE3), and George Kittle (TE5) finished within the top-five for the second week in a row. The Mo Alie-Cox suggestion was a swing and a miss, but we know that he was simply a touchdown-or-nothing play for deep leagues and/or desperate fantasy managers. We will look to continue to replicate our success as we head into Week 11 of the NFL season.
