2021 Open Championship: Round 3 Matchups

As sundown approached Sandwich Bay, and the second round of The Open came to a close, the leaderboard presented a shock for some. Not because of the players near or at the top of the leaderboard, though. From Louis Oosthuizen, Collin Morikawa and Jordan Spieth at the top, to Dustin Johnson, Scottie Scheffler and even further back with Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka, the big guns are everywhere to be found. Instead, the shock is with the number of red numbers, with players seemingly scoring at will.
