Super Bowl 60 NFL Player Prop Bets: Best Player Props to Bet from Connor Allen

Super Bowl props are always tricky. The market is sharp, limits are high, and narratives tend to get overbaked quickly. My approach hasn’t changed much over the years: focus on roles, usage, and how each team is actually built to win this game, not how we think they should play. This matchup sets up as a real push-and-pull. Seattle’s offense is rolling and forcing opponents out of their comfort zone, while New England’s defensive front remains elite against the run but more vulnerable underneath. That dynamic creates a few spots where volume and role clarity matter more than raw efficiency.

George Holani Over 1.5 Receptions

(+105 MGM, Kambi | -102 FD | -103 Builder | -105 DK)

With Zach Charbonnet out last week, Holani stepped directly into the passing-down role. He ran 17 routes to Kenneth Walker’s 16, soaking up nearly all of the long down-and-distance, third-down, and two-minute drill work. He finished with three catches on four targets, and the usage was very intentional.

There have been ongoing rumors about a lack of trust in Walker’s pass protection, and the deployment last week backed that up. That’s not a role that disappears in the Super Bowl, especially against a defense like New England’s.

The Patriots are an elite run defense, but they are far less effective at defending running backs out of the backfield. They’ve allowed the sixth-most receptions on the seventh-most targets to opposing running backs this season, giving up 4.95 RB catches per game. That’s exactly the profile that benefits Holani.

I don’t mind 7.5 receiving yards as an alternative, but Holani doesn’t have much juice. His 2.0 ADOT last week means yards would rely heavily on YAC. Receptions is the cleaner angle, and I also don’t hate 3+ as a long-shot alt.
