Niche Site (Yahoo!, FantasyAces, DraftDay) Week 9 Breakdown
Below is a breakdown of general strategy on Yahoo!, DraftDay, and FantasyAces. These niche sites offer DFS players the opportunity to "shop around" for the best pricing on a player they may want exposure to in a particular week. Players who offer value because their price is vastly different from the Big 2 sites will be pointed out below.
Yahoo!
QB
Unfavorable road splits or not, Drew Brees ($39) is in a great spot against the 49ers this weekend, but he’s the most expensive QB on Yahoo, so this may not be the site you want exposure. Dak Prescott ($31) and Colin Kaepernick ($29) are some of the top non-Browns/Rams values.
RB
Theo Riddick ($17) may be a nice contrarian play. Our aFPA numbers show the Vikings matchup versus RBs (19th) isn’t as hard as it may be perceived, and Riddick is the No. 2 value at the position. Charcandrick West ($19) would be the chalk if Spencer Ware (concussion) is ruled out at home against the Jaguars (24th in RB aFPA).
