FantasyAces Week 7 Values & Top Plays
Looking at the FantasyAces Value Reports, three of the top four QBs in terms of value are under $6,000, indicating it may be a good week to save some dough at QB. In fact, saving at QB may be necessary going forward. Early in the season, I thought the pricing on Aces was very loose; not anymore. The biggest surprise to me was seeing Todd Gurley priced at $6,000 -- higher than even Devonta Freeman. Gurley deserves the price tag, but I wonder if Aces changed their pricing algorithm at all during the season -- it seems heavily weighted towards forward-thinking projections, rather than recent performances. In any case, let's get into the Week 7 plays.

QB Ryan Tannehill $5,850 vs. HOU
We have Tannehill projected as a top-10 QB this week, but he's priced 17th on FantasyAces. He'll take on a Texans defense that ranks 25th in QB aFPA and will be without starting cornerback Kareem Jackson. Tannehill has struggled with interceptions lately, but played a couple of tough defenses in the Jets and Bills. Still, he's thrown for multiple TDs in four straight.
QB Brian Hoyer $5,500 @ MIA
Hoyer has quietly had a strong fantasy season, in large part thanks to DeAndre Hopkins. Despite starting only two of the four games he's played in, he's still averaging 268 yards and two TDs per game. Hoyer ranks fourth among QBs on the Value Reports.
