Washington probably will mix and match depending on the matchups and the game plan, but players still have to earn time -- whether it's third-round pick Antonio Williams or past draft choices Jaylin Lane and Luke McCaffrey. The Commanders also have veterans Treylon Burks, Dyami Brown and Van Jefferson.

The story went on to say the battle is not only to earn time as a No. 2 but also potentially just for a roster spot. The Commanders could still sign a wideout and Stefon Diggs remains a player of interest, according to several reports.

Titans WR Treylon Burks suffered a broken collarbone during practice Saturday.

Fantasy Impact:

Burks suffered the injury going for a diving catch. Yet another unfortunate stroke of injury luck for the former first-round pick, who has also dealt with a torn ACL. Burks is now likely to miss at least the beginning of the season. Among those behind Calvin Ridley at wide receiver are Van Jefferson, Tyler Lockett and rookies Chimere Dike, Elic Ayomanor and Xavier Restrepo.

WR Tyler Lockett signs with Titans on one-year deal

Former Seahawks legend Tyler Lockett is signing with the Titans on a 1-year, $4M deal with a chance to get to $6M.

Fantasy Impact:

Solid signing to add some more stability to the WR room ahead of the (presumptive) selection of QB Cam Ward at No. 1. This doesn't at all preclude the team from grabbing some more pieces through the Draft, and Lockett is more of a role player than one who the offense runs through at this point of his career, so he should be considered a deep WR5 flier in fantasy land.

Fantasy Impact:

Burks never could find a holding in the starting lineup, with or without DeAndre Hopkins on the team. It's been a disappointing first three seasons for the former first-round rookie, and it wouldn't be a surprise if he looks for a fresh start as we head into 2025.
