Colts RB Marlon Mack (foot) took limited practice reps Wednesday. The fact that he was able to participate at all on Wednesday is an indicator that he’ll be able to play against the Jaguars. It’s not a great matchup, but Jacksonville did yield 100 yards to Lamar Miller one week after giving up 106 yards to Ezekiel Elliott. The Eagles’ three-headed committee managed 91 yards on 21 carries. Given Mack’s recent production—21 touches for 159 yards and two touchdowns against Buffalo and 27 touches for 149 yards and two touchdowns against the Raiders—he’s a solid RB2 even in a so-so matchup.

Texans RB D'Onta Foreman (Achilles) could still be month away

Second-year running back D'Onta Foreman, who has been on the PUP list since the start of training camp while he recovers from a torn Achilles tendon, has still not been added to the active roster. On Wednesday, head coach Bill O'Brien said Houston "more than likely" will start the 21-day window to activate him after the bye week.

Fantasy Impact: 

Achilles injuries are absolutely brutal to come back from for running backs. The Texans have a week 10 bye, and if the team starts his 21-day window the Monday of Week 11, it's possible Foreman may not return until Week 14. It's also possible Foreman is never activated to the active roster after his 21-day window and put on IR. Suffice it to say, given the type of injury, Foreman is a long shot to be a fantasy factor this season, especially with Lamar Miller playing well of late.

Texans RB Lamar Miller (chest) practiced fully Wednesday. Surprisingly, Miller had a big game—22 carries, 100 yards and a touchdown—against the Jaguars. The Texans are likely to stay run-heavy on Thursday night against the Dolphins.
