Eagles WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 4. Alshon Jeffery (foot, out) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice Thursday and is out for Week 4. J.J. Arcega-Whiteside (calf, doubtful) returned to take limited reps Friday after missing practice earlier in the week and is doubtful for Week 4. Greg Ward is the safest bet in the Philly passing game after posting 8-72-1 on 11 targets in Week 3 and catching five passes in Week 1. He had four games late last season where he scored at least 10 PPR fantasy points so he's a Sneaky Start this week. The other name to remember is John Hightower, a 6'2" rookie out of Boise State. He has 4.43 speed and a big catch radius. Per Player Profiler, his best comparable is Darius Slayton. He actually ran four more routes last week (per PFF) than Ward did, though Ward was much more productive.
