49ers RB JaMycal Hasty (ankle) will miss Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers according to Matt Barrows of The Athletic. He also mentioned Elijah Mitchell (shoulder) has a chance to play.
One 49ers RB down, 43 more to go before we have an idea who plays. Trenton Cannon is the only healthy RB that was on the active roster Week 2. Trey Sermon was limited Wednesday as he recovers from a concussion.
SF RB JaMycal Hasty - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook
Week 2 at Philadelphia Eagles
JaMycal Hasty had a touchdown last week, but it was on just one carry for three yards. He added a 15-yard reception to his total for the day, but he was on the field for just 29% of the team’s offensive snaps and seems to be the clear backup to rookie Elijah Mitchell. Hasty is worth adding to deep rosters in case this backfield changes – no one expected Trey Sermon to be a healthy scratch for Week 1 – but for now, there’s no reason to suspect he’ll get enough work to warrant a place in fantasy lineups.
