IND TE Jack Doyle - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 at Jacksonville Jaguars

Jack Doyle has always been more impressive in theory than in actuality, but he’s always kind of been vying with other players for targets. This year, he should be the primary tight end. The last time he could say that was 2017, when he had 108 targets and 690 yards. Those numbers are very reachable with Philip Rivers at quarterback as long as Doyle can turn in another healthy season.

The Jaguars were ninth in aFPA to opposing tight ends last year, but they’ve lost so much on the defensive side of the ball, it’s hard to imagine they don’t take a step back across the board. Doyle isn’t an elite option, but for fantasy owners who waited until late at the position, he’s not a bad streaming option who should be a nice high-floor player to start the season.
