Cowboys QB Tony Romo (ribs) did not practice Thursday or Friday, but the feeling is that he'll play on Monday night. If owners have a comparable option on the bench, they should probably use it instead of playing the waiting game on Romo. Jon Kitna is another good backup plan for Romo owners. He was a quality fantasy QB in 2010.

Safety Kyle Hamilton (groin) also didn’t practice Thursday after being limited yesterday.

Fantasy Impact:

All signs are pointing toward a Cooper Rush start versus the Texans defense, and that's not something we'd want to attack in fantasy. Outside of Derrick Henry and Zay Flowers, we should be avoiding the Ravens with Jackson sidelined.

Fantasy Impact:

As Greg said, lots to take in here, but not a ton of surprises.

As it stands, we're not expecting any positive Week 5 news for Irving or Evans, which locks Godwin, Emeka Egbuka, and Rachaad White into fantasy-friendly roles, while Mayfield should be in low-end QB1 consideration unless he experiences a setback.

This seemed to be the case for a while now, as the Vikings have a Week 6 bye which gives the pseudo-rookie extra time to heal. Consider Wentz a fade this week against a tough Browns pass rush.
