Denver Broncos offensive tackle Ryan Clady spent nearly all of the 2010 preseason watching from the sideline as he recovered from knee surgery.

He made a start in every regular season game, but it was clear that the knee injury - which happened in April 2010 - affected his performance. But he said Saturday he is 100 percent healthy and eager to prove he can play as well as he did in 2009, when he was a first team All-Pro.

"I definitely feel a lot better," Clady said. "It's been a nice offseason for me to get that knee back to where it needs to be so I can play at the level I want to play at."

Fantasy Impact:

Improved health for Clady benefits Knowshon Moreno. Moreno looks like a pretty good value if you can get him in the fourth round.

Dolphins sign WR Odell Beckham to one-year deal

The Dolphins have agreed to terms with WR Odell Beckham, Jr.

It's a 1-year, $3M deal with incentives that can push it up to $8.25M

Fantasy Impact:

Beckham should work as a rotational third wide receiver behind Hill and Waddle and figures to have some high-output weeks from time to time. He figures to be a headache in typical redraft leagues but will be an interesting addition in best ball leagues.

Chargers to sign WR D.J. Chark to one-year deal

Former Panthers WR and current FA DJ.. Chark has agreed to terms with the #Chargers on a 1-year deal worth up to $5M. A new landing spot for Chark, who visited with LAC before the Draft.

Fantasy Impact:

Chark, like most of the Panthers' pass-catchers, had a mediocre single season in Carolina, hauling in only 56.5% of his targets. It's been a long road since his 1,000+ yard season in 2019, but at the very least, he will offer Justin Herbert a little more firepower. He makes for a good dart throw in fantasy, as he could end up usurping Johnston and/or Palmer for snaps.

Rams to sign RB Boston Scott to a one-year deal

Former Eagles running back Boston Scott reached an agreement on a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams.

The Rams backfield now boasts Kyren Williams, Blake Corum, and Scott, amongst others.

Fantasy Impact:

The backfield is a little loaded in Los Angeles at this point in the offseason, but we can expect at least one cut from this group over the summer. Scott was once perceived as a receiving threat but accrued only six targets over ten games last season with the Eagles. He has no standalone value in fantasy.
