6 Sleepers Who Could Supercharge Your Dynasty Roster in 2026
Finding sleepers in dynasty fantasy football is not easy. Most managers in most leagues are paying attention, just about every relevant name is already rostered, and you're digging for diamonds with a typically low hit rate. But. They can be found, and they can be acquired. And if you manage to roster a dynasty sleeper before they break out — like Javonte Williams in last year's version of this column — the value gain for your team can be game-changing. With that in mind, here are six sleepers that could supercharge your roster in 2026 and beyond.
Note: I am using "outside the Top 100 in community consensus" on KeepTradeCut as our barometer for "sleeper." Some of these guys are certainly less sleepy than others, but none are household names or fantasy stars (by a long shot).
Parker Washington, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
The wide receiver room down in Duval is ... murky. To say the least. There's rookie phenom Brian Thomas Jr., whose sophomore campaign was about as disappointing as they come and who's been the frequent focus of trade chatter ever since. There's dual-threat Travis Hunter, who may be moving primarily to cornerback and playing only select packages on offense. There's freshly acquired and extended Jakobi Meyers, who's ideally a stable WR2 (at best). And then there's Parker Washington. The 24-year-old out of Penn State came on strong down the stretch last year, posting a 23.2% target rate and 2.3 yards per route run, while leading the team in nearly every receiving stat from Week 7 onward.
The range of outcomes for Washington — and this group writ large — is pretty extreme. It's possible BTJ returns to dominance, Hunter plays full-time receiver, Meyers sees 80-100 targets, and Washington is left with scraps. But it's just as possible that Thomas gets moved, Hunter swaps to corner, Meyers sees 40-50 targets ... and Parker Washington is the WR1 for Trevor Lawrence. The most likely outcome? Probably somewhere in the middle, with Washington translating his excellent finish to 2025 into a bigger role and a major fantasy impact in 2026. He has legitimate WR2 upside at a current WR4 price point and is one of my favorite pickups heading into the summer.
