Vick, Eagles agree to deal

The Eagles and quarterback Michael Vick have agreed to a six-year, $100 million deal, a league source confirmed Monday night.

The report was first made by Andrew Brandt of ESPN.

The Eagles franchised Vick in March. He would have made approximately $16 million from the one-year deal, but the Eagles locked him up on Monday, confirming their commitment to Vick as their franchise quarterback.

Fantasy Impact:

It was only a matter of time. The Eagles committed to Vick as their guy after trading away Kevin Kolb and of course he's a top-QB option after having a great fantasy season last year. He'll always be an injury risk because he likes to run and move around, but that makes him a double threat as a fantasy QB.
