Reports: Packers RB Aaron Jones (hamstring) unlikely for MNF

Just a week after getting him back on the field, it looks like the Green Bay Packers may once again be without their star running back. According to a report from NFL Media, Aaron Jones is unlikely to play on "Monday Night Football" against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Jones played a limited role in his return to action last week after missing two games. As the story said, Jones apparently emerged with the injury still bothering him. He was limited in practices throughout the past week. If Jones is out, Dillon is expected to take over the lead role, but he hasn't been great this season, carry 44 times for 118 yards.

The Eagles and star WR A.J. Brown agreed to terms on a new 3-year extension for $96M, the highest for any WR in NFL history. He’s now under contract through 2029 & his total guarantee of $84M is also the highest.

The Lions have a deal for one of the top young talents. They agreed on an extension for WR Amon-Ra St. Brown. He gets four years and more than $120M, with $77M guaranteed.

Fantasy Impact:

Good move for the Lions, who lock in their No. 1 pass-catching option. They will still likely address the position in the NFL Draft, but that shouldn't impact St. Brown.

It's hard to picture this prohibiting the team from taking a QB in the NFL Draft but it certainly insulates them a little bit if they end up unable to move up where they want. Wilson's dynasty SuperFlex value will at least improve in the short term.
