Browns HC Mangini said QB Brady Quinn will start Sunday in Detroit despite the 16-0 loss to the Ravens and his 23.5 passer rating. He said he thought Quinn did a nice job operating the no-huddle and managing all the personnel groups.

Mangini lamented the two interceptions that helped cost the Browns the game.

It would have been an easy click for a Kendre Miller week if Kamara were forced to miss, but this puts the kibosh on that. Fire Kamara up as an RB2 this week in a game that may feature him even more than usual with no Carr.
