The Packers placed WR Jayden Reed on injured reserve.

Fantasy Impact:

This was simply a formality for the Packers. Reed is expected to miss 6-8 weeks after getting surgery on his broken collarbone, which also will allow him to fix his injured foot that’s been bothering him since training camp. Rookie Matthew Golden could stand to benefit from Reed’s absence. Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks and Savion Williams will also be in the mix on the outside for quarterback Jordan Love. For this week against the Browns, as it stands right now, we have Doubs as WR43, Wicks as WR53, Golden at WR62 and Williams at WR99.

Buccaneers WR Emeka Egbuka, listed as questionable with hip and groin injuries, is expected to play Sunday against the Jets.

Fantasy Impact:

Egbuka missed practice Wednesday but was able to get a limited practice in on Friday, a positive sign for Sunday. The Bucs are already dealing with a number of injuries, particularly on the offensive and defensive lines. Egbuka has already busted onto the scene with three tackles touchdowns in his first two NFL games.

Fantasy Impact:

Worthy is making progress, as he was limited all week in practice and was initially listed as questionable. The Chiefs may just be being cautious with Worthy this early in the season. But this could lead one to believe Worthy could be back in Week 4.
