Nick Folk kicking for Patriots Week 2

Texans HC DeMeco Ryans announced that WR Tank Dell is going to play Sunday vs. the Giants.

It will be his first game since December 2024 when he suffered a brutal knee injury. At the very least, this should be a feel-good moment for Dell, but in terms of fantasy we'll need to see what kind of role he will play. The Texans are a bit loaded at WR after trading for Harrison, but there could be a role for him as an WR3 at some point.

Rams WR Davante Adams is out for 6-10 weeks with a ruptured tendon in his knee, per Sean McVay.

We reported Adams left with a non-contact injury this past week and, well, that's never a good thing. Other reports are calling it a ruptured hamstring. Either way, Adams will likely land on IR and six weeks has him returning in Week 12, at best. It's possible he's back for the fantasy playoffs, but the state of the Rams, who are just 2-4, may be a factor as well. Mumpfield could be worth an add but it may be a wait and see situation as far as using him in your fantasy lineup goes.

Vikings RB Jordan Mason has been designated for return. His practice window opens, though he’s still on IR.

It could be a key return for the Vikings, but the 32-year-old Aaron Jones found the fountain of youth with Mason out and played well as the RB1. Jones probably wasn't going to survive getting nearly 20 carries a game, so Mason will mix back in nicely, most likely on early downs and in short yardage situations.
