Patriots WR AJ Brown is expected to miss six weeks with an ankle injury.

These types of injuries are typically a 4-6 week timeframe, but Rapoport says Brown’s injury is a bit more serious, so he will likely miss more time as a result. That could Brown in like to return Week 8 against the Dolphins. The Patriots’ bye is in Week 11. We could see more Mack Hollins and Romeo Doubs in two-receiver sets while Brown is out.

49ers wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling is out at least a month with a deltoid sprain on his ankle.
