Tracy is going to start and get a majority of the carries, according to Raanan. Raanan added, "there is no competition," and that Skattebo isn't healthy right now anyway. Raanan went on to call Skattebo more of a "complimentary piece," and maybe a third down, passing-type back. Tracy is our RB30 and going off the board in the mid-eighth to early-ninth round, so he at least presents some volume-based value depending how good, or bad the Giants offense is this season.

The Chargers don't have a lot of sure things behind McConkey, so Allen could certainly be a fantasy-factor being back with the Chargers. It seems like every day we see a Johnston drop in camp, Harris is just a rookie this season and Lambert-Smith has been mentioned as a sleeper, but Allen definitely fills a need in the Charger offense and could help as a WR3 on your fantasy team.
