Colts Week 1 QB starter still up in the air between Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones

The Jaguars may hold Travis Hunter out of preseason game 2, as he deals with an upper body injury. Just a precaution, per coach Liam Coen.

After legal issues factored into the former Texas receiver going undrafted, the case was "no-billed", meaning no further criminal charges will be faced, and he's heading to Cleveland. The script writes itself sometimes.

The speedy receiver spent a lot of time in the slot in Alabama before wrapping up his career as an outside burner in Austin. If he makes the Browns' final roster, he'll fight for a rotational role in the WR room.

QB Matthew Stafford (back) will work out on Saturday, Sean McVay said. The workout will be similar to what he did on Aug. 9.

“Hopefully [his back] responds a little bit better,” McVay said.

Sean McVay on Matthew Stafford's back injury: "We're trying to get our hands around this as well, so I don't really have much more information other than think we're trying some different things that are hopefully going to be in alignment with getting him back out on the field."

These aren't glowing reviews regarding his availability for Week 1, but it'd be all speculation to guess when he gets on the field at this point. Keep Stafford low in the QB2 pecking order until we get some better news.
