Cardinals make QB moves

Cardinals do not plan to activate QB Kyler Murray off the Physically Unable to Perform List by Tuesday’s 4 p.m. ET deadline.

And now the Cardinals have released veteran QB Colt McCoy, per league sources.

Related players: Josh Dobbs, Clayton Tune

Fantasy Impact:

If the Murray news turns out true, he would be ineligible to be active during the first four games of the season, which doesn't come as a huge surprise. The McCoy release now means newly acquired Dobbs or rookie Tune will get the start in Week 1.
