Bills QB Josh Allen leaves with head injury

A brutal helmet-to-helmet hit delivered by Patriots defensive back Jonathan Jones knocked Bills quarterback Josh Allen out for most of the final quarter of Buffalo's 16-10 loss to New England.

Fantasy Impact:

The good news is Allen jogged to the locker room after leaving the medical tent and even tried to pump up the crowd. It was an ugly hit that looked like it could have ended a lot worse for Allen.

Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart left Sunday’s game against the Bears with a concussion.

Fantasy Impact:

He was first taken to the medical tent and then shortly was taken to the locker room during the 4th quarter. Russell Wilson came on in place of Dart. We’ll check on his status through the week. The Giants host the Packers next week.

The Browns activated WR Cedric Tillman from injured reserve.

Fantasy Impact:

Tillman is good to go for Sunday’s game against the Jets. Tillman has been out since injuring his hamstring back in September against the Lions. Tillman has talent but we know the quarterback situation has not good all that great so far. Tillman will face a new-look Jets secondary that just traded Sauce Gardner to the Colts.
