Bengals WR Tee Higgins (adductor) day to day

Head coach Zac Taylor told reporters on Monday that Tee Higgins is considered day-to-day after suffering an adductor injury late in Sunday’s game.

Fantasy Impact:

Higgins had 11 catches for 157 yards before his injury. As the story said, Higgins had a busy day when Chase left with a concussion. Given how it typically takes more than a week to clear protocol, Chase's status for Week 5 is definitely in doubt. The day to day tag gives Higgins a shot to play in Week 5, but we'll need to monitor his progress this week on the practice field. Higgins could be in store for another busy day. Gesicki had three catches and a TD in Week 4. He has three TD catches over the first four weeks. Brown had 11 catches while not doing much in the running game and Meyers could be a sneaky pickup this week - he had seven catches for 82 yards on nine targets.

Commanders QB Marcus Mariota suffered an MCL sprain Sunday in London, per source. This is his second MCL sprain, the first coming in the preseason.

After Mariota couldn't return to the game, there was already talk Daniels (elbow) may be ready to go in Week 5, which is a home game against the Giants in the early window. Daniels did travel with the team for their overseas game in Week 4 and also practiced. If Daniels isn't ready, it will be Kaliakmanis, who came on in relief of Mariota.

Texans HC DeMeco Ryans says they will open the practice window for WR Tank Dell, DT Kayden McDonald, OT Braeden Smith.

Fantasy Impact:

Dell could be on the active roster within 21 days. Dell has not played since December 2024 when he suffered a devastating knee injury. He missed the rest of the '24 season and all of 2025. Dell is a former third round pick who had 98 catches for 1,376 yards and 10 touchdowns through his first 25 career games before the injury. The big question will be can he return to that form, and it at least looks like he'll be given the chance with the Texans.

Bears head coach Ben Johnson tells Jeff Joniak on ESPN1000 about the starting quarterback for Week 5 in Green Bay: "Tyson Bagent will be the guy. We'll go from there. We're in good shape."

Bagent was 25 for 34 for 268 and an interception against the Jets in Week 4, and was good enough for the Bears to get the win. Despite Keenum having a better statistical performance against the Eagles in Week 3, it's clear the Bears want the 26-year-old Bagent as their QB2 over 38-year-old Keenum until Williams gets back. The Bears travel to Green Bay in Week 5 in a game that was moved to the early window. Bagent should have a good chance to put up QB2 numbers against a Packers defense that has largely struggled this season.
