Derek Anderson will start Sunday against the Raiders and Brett Ratliff will be the backup. Josh Cribbs will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
Brady Quinn, who underwent X-rays immediately after the game, wore a boot on Tuesday and walked on crutches. It's the second straight year he finished the season on IR; he suffered a broken finger in Week 11 of 2008 that required surgery.
Mangini declined to specify the injury and said he doesn't know yet if Quinn will require surgery. When it came to the finger, Quinn got a second opinion and had the surgery performed by noted hand specialist Dr. Thomas Hunt in Alabama.
"Really, it's going to take a little while [to heal]," said Mangini.
