Like many of his peers, 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh likes to keep his cards pressed tightly to his ubiquitous black long sleeve T-shirt-sweatshirt hybrid.
When it comes to whether receiver Michael Crabtree will make his 2013 debut on Sunday against the Saints, Harbaugh was uncharacteristically chatty.
“It doesn’t look probable, no,” Harbaugh told reporters on Friday.
As our John Paulsen stated Thursday, use some caution with Crabtree because we don't really like matchups with the Seahawks (Richard Sherman) and the Buccaneers (Darrelle Revis) in Week 14 and Week 15. If he does return soon, he could potentially be useful in Week 13 against the Rams. Crabtree was the #14 WR in 2012, but don't expect that type of production as he works his way back into game shape.
