Splash Sports Survivor Picks Week : Circa Survivor & NFL Pool Plays (Bengals over Titans)

Once again, the most popular pick on the slate lost (Houston), along with the Jets (third-most selected), sending a whopping 638 of the 676 who got eliminated packing in the Splash Sports $21M Survivor World Championship pool.

My picks went 1-2 as I, too, had both Houston and New York coming out wth a win. Here's a look at the whole board for Week 8, and I'll get into my favorite picks and traps below.

Favorite Favorites

Bengals vs. Titans (-10)

This is the clear favorite game on the slate, as it's a double-digit spread with a 77.1% win percentage. This is also the best remaining spot for Cincinnati. You'll likely win or lose with the majority of your pool regardless of size.

Jaguars vs. Colts (-9.5)

A close second, the Jaguars are 9.5-point home favorites against a Colts team that just can't seem to move the ball. Their win percentage is at 75.9% in this one, but Jacksonville does have a juicy Week 12 tilt with Tennessee to consider.

Traps (that are favorites)

Packers vs. Panthers (-3.5)

We're looking at an early lock, a small-ish spread, and a Green Bay team that hasn't looked consistent enough to sell me on them in this spot. They boast a win percentage of 60.2%, plus they have a Week 15 home date with Miami.
