4 Fantasy Football Sleepers to Target After Pick 150

Finding the right sleeper in fantasy football can go a long way towards winning your league. When you hit on a player late in drafts, it can help make up for injuries to early selections that will inevitably pop up during the season. An example of a sleeper who broke out last season was Michael Wilson, who was a late-round pick who finished with career highs in receptions (78) and receiving yards (1,006).

There are more underrated players who could emerge as significant fantasy assets this season. Let’s highlight four players being selected outside the top 150 in drafts who could significantly outperform their draft cost. ADP data comes from 4for4’s Multi-Site ADP.

Jonah Coleman, RB, Broncos (ADP 167)

J.K. Dobbins and RJ Harvey split the running back position for the Broncos last season. They are both back in the fold this year, with Dobbins recovering from foot surgery that limited him to 10 games last year. Dobbins has been an efficient runner, averaging 5.2 yards per carry for his career. However, injuries have been a concern. He hasn’t appeared in more than 15 games since 2020. Since he tore his ACL prior to the 2021 season, Dobbins has played a total of 32 games.

When Dobbins went down last season, Harvey wasn’t exactly impressive. He averaged 3.4 yards per carry over the seven regular season games that he played without Dobbins to finish the season. For the entire year, he averaged a modest 2.6 yards after contact. He wasn’t any better during the playoffs, rushing 19 times for 57 yards over two games.

The Broncos added to their running back group this offseason by selecting Jonah Coleman in the fourth round. He was a touchdown machine in college, racking up 25 scores on the ground in the last two seasons. At the very least, Coleman could emerge as the top option for the Broncos when they get in close. If Dobbins gets hurt again, Harvey didn’t do anything last season that would prevent Coleman from taking on an expanded role. Coleman has the potential to be one Dobbins injury away from at least being a viable flex option in 12-team leagues.
